What is the system requirements for easy inbox mailer?

Do I need SMTP server to send email

>> No, the software includes Gmail and hotmail smtp server. You just have to select which server do you want to use for sending email. Default is Gmail. If you use Gmail as sending method then you have to add all gmail user id and password as source address.

 

How does the software work?

Easy Inbox Mailer your Gmail or hotmail account for sendong email from desktop. You can select how many emails do you want to send using each email account. Then easy Inbox mailer will send the number of email using each account and will rotate/switch to next for sending email. This way you can send as many email as you want. say if you add 50 Gmail account and select 300 emails/account then you will be able to send 15000 emails.

Can I use Both Gmail and Hotmail account simultaneously?

>> No, You have to add gmail user id and password while sending email using gmail server and hotmail user id and password while sending using hotmail server.

Can I send email to any email provider?

You can send email to any email account such as Aol, yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail.

Can I send HTML email?

Yes, to send html email you have to paste the full html code on the email body field. You can get the html code from MS front page.

 

Can I send image or any file as attachment?

Can I import email list using CSV or tecxt file?

>> Yes, you can import email list using csv and text format. To importing from text file your email must be one each line and no email should contain any invalid characters such as

yourname@yourdomain..com ( These are invalid format of email address)

yourname@yourdomain.com. ( a dot after .com is invalid)

yourname..ds@yourdomain.com ( double dot .. after name is invalid email format)

yourname@yourdomain ( no .com or .net at the end of email address)

If your email contains any invalid characters then email sending will be stopped at that point. because we are using gmail and hotmails smtp and they does not allow invlaid characters on email address.

Will the software automatically remove any duplicate e-mail addresses?

>>Yes, If you select the remove duplicate option from receipents database tab it will remove all duplicate emails.

Can I get failed email list?

>>Yes, emails those are failed to deliver due to invalid email address will be

shown on failed email list box. You can import those email to csv file.

 

Can I send e-mails part of a list or only a full list?

>>Yes, you can select from which number you want to send email from the email list. to do so go to send email tab and select the number from starting from field.

 

What is the sending speed of email using easy Inbox Mailer

>> It can send at a speed of 1500 to 1800 html emails/hour depending on your internet speed. If you attach any image then it will take more time depending on the size of image.

>>Success and speed in send depends to you SMTP service, so if we suppose you have a good internet connection (DSL) a good SMTP server (provided from your ISP) and emails size is around 10 kb, you may use SendBlaster bulk emai software to send around 7.000/10.000 email per hour.

 

My internet connection speed is 512 KB download / 128 upload , I use the SMTP server of my ISP, and the avg size of each email is 100 kb , how many emails/hour your bulk email program is supposed to send under these conditions?

>>We strongly suggest you to avoid emails with 100kb, since it is quite heavy, even spam filters may be allerted. Usually customers insert the image file in a web server with a link inside the email message in order to keep message tiny. Moreover speed of send depends in you ISP, you may try sending 100 of those email and check speed.
Since Sendblaster Bulk Email Software sends every email separately, we guess you may send around 500 emails per hour with size 100 kb.
Obvoiusly 1.000 email x 100kb each one means a total of 100 MB of data to send, that means that your ISP may block you in sending such ammount of data.
